Coaching - Initial Connect Consultation

Service Description

Mindset coaching is a journey of change and a commitment to do some inner work in order to achieve the results you so desire in your life. This means that you will (not might) experience some discomfort through feelings, thoughts and action. It is therefore essential that you connect well and feel at ease with your coach. This initial consultation will allow us to see if we both feel we can work together on your journey for change.

Cancellation / Missed appointment

There is a 48 hours notice for an appointment to be cancelled. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the usual rate of the session.
